absolutely DISGUSTING service by the old lady at the front desk, if you have children that want to stop by to look at the only 2 pet birds they have in the whole store, avoid at all costs. We stopped by to look at their birds with my 2 year old nephew. I saw that the sign said to don’t touch the cage and when he did CAUSE HES A 2 YEAR OLD, I tried to get him out without throwing a tantrum and she went off at me. Mind you he did not damage anything at all in their tiny useless store. ABSOLUTELY DUSGUSTING!

They won't let you smell the perfume and don't provide you with testers. They watch you on the cameras like you're a criminal. I was smelling the perfumes and asked my daughter to go to the counter to check the price on a item and the employee at the counter yelled at my daughter about me spraying the perfume. It shocked my daughter she was speechless and was upset about her experience. Terrible customer service never going back again.

I really like this petshop right next door to Spotlight. They have a great range of aquarium products at very affordable prices. The aquarium ornaments and artificial plants are the best value I've seen anywhere, even online. The prices for tanks are comparable to online and you dont have the additional charge of postage.Today I just upgraded my Betta tank to something bigger. I bought all supplies and the fish from this store about 5 months ago. I researched online for the new tank I wanted and the price ended up being cheaper in store. This appears to be a family run business and the owners are very friendly and give you space to browse without being hassled. Support a local family run business and avoid the big chain pet stores.
