Discount Sewing Machine & Overlocker service & Repairs

I went to see Jody the other day. Got there before she opened but she still was happy to help. Spent over half an hour explaining what was wrong with the machine I had and what my options were. Even did a test sew so I could show potential buyers. Very patient and exteremely helpful and didnt ask me for anything - she was just happy to help someone in trouble. Amazing - would recommend to anyone.

Sewing with Jody is a wonderful place to shop for 'that' material at great prices. I love the Friday sewing classes where I have learnt so much from Jody and her team.I'm looking forward to see what project I create in 2023.Very happy with my machine service too. Went here to buy an overlocked jody was so helpful so nice and so sweet telling me what i should need and the quality on all her fabric is incredible and people there are so lovely everything

TAKE MY ADVISE AND NEVER USE THIS UNSCRUPULOUS, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN'S COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS/SERVICE!Jody Reberger/owner is the most aggressive, rude person I have ever met.I travelled 50klms to put my overlocker in for a repair/service with her +I paid for return delivery;1. Overlocker was returned with no power/foot pedal.2. I contacted Jody re this; she sent some old replacement pedal (NOT my genuine Janome pedal worth $100+).3. Contacted Jody again; she texted me Bring it back and take one you like".4. I phoned her next day only to be told by Jody she is only offering me to "come get another pedal"'; then she rudely 'hung up' whilst I was in mid sentence. (40 sec ph call).5. I was never given an explanation as to the whereabouts of my original power/pedal

Jody and her colleagues are wonderful. Helpful with all questions and eager to please. I purchased my latest machine from the store and have been happy with it ever since. Jody has also worked on two of my machines for no cost which in this day and age is so impressive. It takes me over 45mins to drive there but it’s worth every second. I highly recommend this unique business.

Wow, the owner of this place is certainly not customer based..Personally had experience when i asked her for something she had advertised on fb, shop is a shamble and can't find anything.Recently told a friend not to bother coming back again. After hearing that she has definitely lost me and I would not recommend at all..

Wow! I went to see Jody today for the first time to get some $2 material for a little sewing project. Not only is the $2 material great quality at an awesome price - The help and customer service I received from jody was absolutely AMAZING! I am not a seamstress" at all

Avoid at all costs, bought a Janome Coverlock from me on eBay. Said it arrived broken and took it to her local machine repair shop. Discount overlocker and sewing service. Said it would cost $150 to repair broken lower looper or she would return it. Coverlocks don’t have lower loopers. EBay have a return if not satisfied policy so we thought we would initially pay the money to be rid of this woman.I did some research and she has a list of dissatisfied customers a mile long. I also discovered that Jody Reberger owns and is the mechanic for discount overlocker and sewing service. She is dishonest and is blackmailing me to pay for non existent repairs, keeps emailing me through eBay and is threatening to cause more problems. We have reported to the police in her suberb and put in a complaint to Accc. Have nothing to do with this business

Very happy with the service. Jody cleaned and serviced my old, faithful machine and even found me a replacement foot - something I had been looking for for ages on eBay! Thank you. Great shop with lots of awesome fabric and gadgets. I will be back next time I need anything sewing related.
