I came in and spoke to Mitchel about repairing the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max, I then left my phone in my bag and my drink bottled spilled over it and messed up my volume and touch screen. Mitchell is the guy you want to take your broken phone to! I had minor water damage from a leaking water bottle and brought it into him. He could have open the phone (which voids the warranty) to dry it and charged me for the service. Instead he dried it himself overnight without opening the phone and kept everything new. The next morning it worked great and the phone was fixed. He refused to charge me anything because he said it was a easy fix for him. I really appreciate Mitchell's great customer service and professionalism. Also I should mention he did all this on a Friday afternoon and came in on his Saturday day off to give me back the phone. This is the best phone shop in Cairns by far. I brought my phone to Cairns Central too, one person said they wouldn't work on my phone (Azus Rog 6) because it is very hard to open up and wouldn't want to risk it.

Mitch helped me out with a High quality tempered glass screen protector and case for my new IPhone 11. He also installed the screen protector and it’s Perfect.

My friend recommended Mitchell's business last year when my old MacBook Pro laptop developed a frozen track pad. Mitchell was so kind to look at it and diagnosed that it needed a replacement battery. He sourced a battery from Melbourne and installed it for me at no extra cost. When the laptop had another glitch a bit later, Mitchell looked at it again and had the battery replaced under warranty. The new battery is great. Mitchell really cares about customer satisfaction and is a true gem.

Mitchell really takes the time to show what truly great Customer Service is all about. So rare in this day and age to find a shop where they actually have the knowledge. And willing to spend the time to explain clearly to the customer what will help them to sort out their issues.I highly recommend Mitchell.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, amazing fix so much so it feels like a brand new phone! I've been to a few places in Cairns over the years and the fix never lasts long and will cost and arm and a leg. Here it feels brand spanking new and such a good price. He did not give up until he fixed my phone and I cannot believe the results. Mitchell organized us a replacement screen for an uncommon Huawei P30 mobile phone. We weren't able to made it until 4.00 p.m. to pick up the repaired phone (he fixed it in no time!!).
