Constantly mow lawns wet and do a very rushed job even though I'm a constant customer ( once every fortnight) ! Have now also had a window broken as a result of a stone thrown from one of there mowers or snippers! Further to this They" designate times ! And one would expect it to be when it is dry but maybe that's being irrational! Further to this ground force are now denying the window was damaged by them and advised me to take it up threw my insurance company!! Extremely poor form ! Considering in there previous email to me they stated our staff are only human! " that would admit responsibility one would think
