I was getting my nails done across the way from Bay Audio today (12/05) and the guy greeting people passing by was so smiley and pleasant to everyone for the hour I was there - it doesn't seem like an easy job to be at the door for a shift but he wasn't too much, seems kind and great at his job!

Not me, but my mother went here. She is 85, rarely goes anywhere but to visit family, never goes to the movies or concerts, but was offered the top of the range hearing aid first up. ($10 000!) And when she was told the prices and said she'd think about it, the hard sell started.Even to the point where the salesman said, I really don't think you should be leaving without one of our hearing aids
