I ordered 2 frames off Melinda both were sent back with mistakes my second one I recently got done I asked Melinda if it can be fixed she said that it’s $5 for a new plark as the mistake was not folt of mine she would not replace it for free. Iv had such a bad experience with Melinda. She does not return phone calls or messages. I do not recommend. Please shop around as I’m getting more done but will be looking elsewhere.Very poor customer service and poor quality job completed

I use this business recently to get a signed Fremantle Dockers jumper frame. I was very happy with the service and also the pricing. Would definitely recommend them for framing and they also do things like make casts of children's hands as well as many other things.

As previous customer reviews have all stated, do not use this service! Horrible customer service. Melinda is rude and does not respond to emails, calls or texts. When she eventually responds she has no greeting or any customer service at all. Really poor.

Took forever to get the castings and the frame wasn't ready, No comunication the whole time not answering the phone or returning calls. Wanted to charge extra at the end. Poor service

Absolutely shocking service doesn't reply to phone calls txts and has taken almost a year to complete the actual job.Frame has blemishes and not worth complaining as nothing would be done by the owner.I would not recommend this business at all stay away.

Waited a year for someone to respond to me.Then after all the excuses the moulds were taken. After this Melinda stopped answering my messages (i had a prepaid voucher) chased her for nearly 4 months.Oh and she only ended up giving me the paws no frame (cause i refused to pay extra $50 as i thought the service was shocking).Disappointed is an understatement.

She does amazing work and the final product is fantastic. I've seen some of the pieces she creates and the final presentation is top notch. Anyone would be super happy with the outcome.
