The lady who attended the phone was rude and uncooperative when trying to resolve an issue. Business tactics are very unflexible. If you want professional service and a great massage, I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

Ok but not cheapest, $60 for 45 min massage (with added $5 hot stone, which should be included as it doesnt add extra time)
