I don’t want to give even 1 star. Purchased a light.after a day it’s not working. They said no warranty or return for fraudulent selling. Worst store ever

Don’t waste your money and time in this place. After we install the chandeliers we purchased from “mega lighting” and turn on the lights We noticed non of the “crystals are clear”. The whole thing looks terrible.We’ve been talking to them for weeks to replace them or refund and the only thing we’ve got is being shouted at or dismissed.They look good on display. But When you open the boxes, you’ll struggle to find a clear Chrystal.

Do not visit this shop please, this is the worst place I ever been to, the big old lady is terrible worst customer service I have ever experienced, at first when I went to the store to select my lights she was so friendly and forced me to put deposit on my lights to hold, and after I came back to asked to exchange one of the light, then she started to become rude to tell me they’ll charge me 20% for exchange, I couldn’t believe it’s the same person , please don’t trust them and their prices are so much higher than other stores

Worst customer service.Very rude attitude.Went to purchase a ceiling light.It was the last one which was on the display, mounted on the wall well below shoulder level.The shop person took it down in a minute and I realized that the mounting at the back may not match with the existing one and also hard to relocate. I asked for different model or try it out and take back to the shop if not fitting. They were so angry and started blaming me saying that I wasted their time. Told me that they don't want to sell anything and asked me to leave... Avoid this place at any cost.

Wide range of lights are available. Price is competitive. They won’t refund but exchange the products if package is in acceptable state. Be sure what product you what’s rather than Hassling yourself for return and refund.Street Parking is available.Customer services is average.Value for money is fair.

Lot of variety and really good bargain sometimes. Bought all our lights from mega lightning and also got a reference for a very good electrician to fit those. Overall experience was very good.

Love this lighting shop! Katerina is very helpful. She has a great taste and excellent customer skills. We purchased multiple pendant lights 4 years ago and went back today. To our great luck, Katerina was there still and she helped us again to pick great choices for our home. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with the ceiling fan and they won’t help. Didn’t ask for details of the item or what the issue is, just told me to speak to the manufacturerDon’t go to to this place as there’s no after sales service. Spend a bit more extra and go to Beacon as they’re more helpful to customers. They care about your safety not just your money unlike this store
