An absolute joke. Arrive to some numpty acting as a concierge. That in itself is a joke. Then told to take a seat...which is not available as they are all taken by others waiting. Wait times were an hour and 15 minutes. Numpty was asking those coming in to go and get a coffee and come back an hour or so later. Like she's the only busy one in this world. Can I suggest....GET MORE STAFF!!!Avoid this bank!!!
