Staff is really good I been there for my waxing full Arms and legs. Very hygiene. I loved the services getting done from there. Highly recommend

Bad service. Was told to come back after 30mins, came back then told to come back in another 20 mins. Shop was empty. Absolute rubbish service.

Most of the times I have been served by Ayisha. Sometimes I have also been served by other staff members as well. Truly amazing and satisfying services. I often times come for eyebrows threading and upper lips and every time I leave the place, I feel extremely satisfied. Ayisha has been a wonderful staff member and has a professional conduct.

I had brow henna and lash tint - excellent shaping of the brows , and the colour really match my skin - my eye lashes were well coloured also

I have been there going for threading since 2020. I always liked it but today you guys made me very disappointed. Firstly they were busy still they have attended me and middle of my threading a girl also was doing someone else's threading. I mean which type of professionalism is this!! I clearly asked for thicker eyebrows but she did thinner and also blown away my little hair from the edge. I don't understand why they didn't want to listen about customers need that what they actually wanted. They only want to do their own like they are pro in this. Without a doubt i am pretty sure that owner did give a job to this girl without interview. Don't even think about that going again to this shop. It's better to drive somewhere far.

Went to the service felt so uncomfortable as I went for wax they asked me to change but didn’t provide anything to change I was confused what I have to do. There is no name of hygiene in this service. They made lay down on table where they do wax they didn’t clean it before they offered me service as the the staff was still cleaning the room as they just served the customer before me. Used so hot wax even after reminding couple of times. I wasn’t happy with the wax they done looked like someone inexperienced person did it. I felt sad when came home I felt I wasted my money. I would never go there ever.

There is a new girl Aisha who was a bubbly delight to be served by today. She was friendly and 10/10 for waxing.

Staff needs to be trained in how to apply wax and offer waxing services.The wax was pipping hot, burning many parts of my legs and arms, and I had to constantly remind the staff not to leave big blobs of wax on the skin as it was burning.Prep work was not done prior to my arrival ( I had a booking) and the staff kept oraginizing and arranging things as she was performing the waxing service.There was also no air con, and as the weather gets warmer, it is crucial to have a cool environment to be able to perform a smooth waxing experience on the skin. This was the first time I used their waxing service and probably the last too.The threading of eyebrows was alright, however their quality of service has decreased over the years.The hygiene of the place is questionable as well , the towel and piece of cloth I was given were pretty dirty and had a weird smell

Do not get your lash extensions here. I made a last minute booking at this place because my usual technician could not see me until the following week and stupidly I went in here to get a tidy up last Tuesday of eyebrow threading, brow tint and lash extension refill. The technician was rude criticising me of how I looked and honestly there is nothing wrong with how I look questioning me on my job as a nurse and my qualifications. She then hacked at my brows, leaving uneven brows with chunks of what little hair I had removed in the lower left brow. Then proceeded to do the lash refill gluing extensions to the skin along the eyelash hair line. Lashes hung every which way. The pain overnight was unbearable, the tightness and stinging of my eyes was unbearable. I had to make an emergency booking with my usual technician at a different location the following day where I spent over 2 hours trying to get the glue used removed and all the lashes. My usual technician was appalled at what she saw… never had she witnessed the amount of glue used, what type of glue that was used, she was speechless, the lashes were so clumped together, three treatments of removal were used to remove the glue where usually one treatment is used. Again I stress as to what glue was used is still bewildering to my usual technician, my very experienced highly recommended technician could not stress more to me that this was a dangerous experience I had been put through. Lashes were glued to my skin, tearing out my natural lashes which is what was causing the extreme pain. The technician at this place clearly did not know what she was doing, did not care what she was doing. Do not go to this place. It is so dangerous that a place of service can operate with inexperienced staff. Dangerous.

The stylists at Classic Eyebrows Taigum are amazing! They are truly professional with extensive experience. The salon is always clean & extremely busy with clients. The stylists are friendly & warm in nature. I won't go anywhere else! The services & products are 5 stars! Thank you so much!
