Longyard Hotel
We had dinner here on Monday night and we loved the vibe. The beer garden is gorgeous. Very tranquil. Fairy lights, greenery, children's playground, and the best martini I've ever had. It was the best way to spend a balmy Summer evening in Tamworth. We'll be back here for years to come.

We had our team lunch here, and the service along with the food was excellent. The food was well presented, flavourful and delicious.

The food was amazing and the bar staff where really friendly great atmosphere with the live band playing and the dance floor and the heaters and the fireplace! Will definitely be back!

Went for dinner and drinks with colleagues- great service and selection of drink options.Everyone’s meals came reasonably quick, the schnitzel took about 3 minutes! Super speedy & they were delicious. They also have a courtesy bus that was free! So that was an added bonus.

The pub was really nice. Nice ambience, loved the outdoors sitting area. But,it was the first time ever I ordered a salad as a main dish with squid and prawns. I thought it was all fresh, but surprisingly it was all deep-fried in a not nice batter. I didn't really like it but maybe it was my fault and I'm not reading the menu right.But really guys, leave it fresh, it tastes better.

We're travelling through town and stopped to check out the Golden Guitar. Parked next to The Longyard and decided to sit in for lunch before hitting the road again. We were not disappointed. Big, beautiful old pub with a great atmosphere. Meals were amazing, service fantastic

First time visit after hearing it's a great place to go. I ordered the barramundi and to be honest I found it bland. The chips were good but some were hot and some only just warm. My partner had the battered fish and chips and I think he enjoyed his meal more but again the same issue with the chips.Don't think we'd rush back but the staff were very friendly and the verandah was a nice place to sit on a lovely winters day.
