Incredibly helpful service. Very friendly, went over and above to ensure that my car was repaired to my satisfaction.

Vehicle quote came in the cheapest, parts were missing from the quote that the other repairer had picked up on. Very quick 2 week turnaround on repair but am finding obvious parts are missing from the vehicle and paint work is covered in little craters from silicon contaminants on the surface or the paint having a chemical reactions. Dimples are cute just not on a new cars paint work. There are many imperfections beneath the clear coat that after 3 months of curing has still not hardened. They also seem to have difficulties in lining up panels, the crisp straight lines are gone with all the misalignments. The glossy finish is missing in the door jams and masking lines are evident on the panels. A huge waste of almost 20KNot sure what the requirements are to become an AUDI AUTHORISED REPAIRER but it seems anybody can give it a go.

I highly recommend Mosman Smash Repairs. They recently fixed some damages on our car along with respraying the rims. We found Tony and the team to be very helpful from when we first met him and throughout the whole process. He is very trusty and professional. The workmanship is perfection.

In a nutshell: I cannot believe how good my car looks.I was involved in an unfortunate accident and dented and scuffed 3 panels. I claimed through insurance and googled some of their accredited repairers. This place stood out with its high rating and professional shop front. They were not only professional as skilled in their work on my car but also were attentive and flexible. I handed my car in (after a approx 2 week waiting list) and off I went. They called a couple hours later and explained some problems that had come up and gave me clear options (with pricing) which made the choice very easy. I was kept in the loop with any issues and was messaged a week later that my car would be ready that afternoon. I informed them that I couldn't make the pick up time and were very flexible with pick up options which was fantastic. The before and after pictures speak for themselves, not only was the damage fixed locally but the paint looked polished and the inside even cleaned!If you're looking for a place to claim insurance, this is the place you want.Thanks guys, I'm thrilled.

Great customer service like this is a rarity. Quality of workmanship was outstanding, even washed & cleaned my vehicle. Repair work was excellent - car now looks better than when I bought it ! Love love these guys, have been coming for years. Today took my car in after wrenching off the bumper and rear panel thanks to some poor parking. Tony took a look and spent a good 15 minutes realigning and clicking things back into place; told me nothing else needed doing and refused to take any payment! What a pleasure to deal with - such integrity. I will always use Mosman Smash; can't recommend highly enough.
