Felt most unwelcome from the girl behind the sushi. What a difference to being served sushi in Japan! We loved the sushi but will not be going back if she's there. A smile goes a long way!! Maybe you should use a secret shopper!!

I love this little place, it’s such a good spot to have lunch or dinner. The best and freshest nigiri you’ll find around here - the seared salmon is soo good! If they add kimchi to the train, it would be perfect. :D

Sushi Frenzy
We drove from Melbourne to Sydney and made a stop in Wodonga for lunch on a cold and rainy day. Seeking warmth, we decided to visit Sushi Frenzy and ordered Ramen and Udon. The flavorful soup noodles provided the much-needed comfort and warmth. After our meal, we continued driving for another three hours until we reached Yass, where we planned to spend the night. However, it was only then that I realized I had left my small shoulder bag at Sushi Frenzy. The bag contained my car key, AirPods, and $500 in cash, and I felt completely helpless. Determined to retrieve it, we made the decision to drive back to Wodonga and try our luck.Early the next morning, we embarked on a three-hour journey and arrived in Wodonga at 9:40. Although Sushi Frenzy was still closed, the staff had already started preparing sushi for the sushi train. We entered the store, and one of the staff members recognized us. To our immense relief, they handed over my shoulder bag with everything still intact. We were incredibly grateful to Sushi Frenzy for their honesty and assistance. Thank you very much, Sushi Frenzy, for saving the day.

This place is lacking customer service and food is pretty average.I ordered teriyaki beef set that comes with Miso soup. When it was served to me there was no miso soup. I pointed that it may have been forgotten but was told that they had ran out of it. Would have been nice to be told that at the time of ordering or at least when it was served with apologies. I still had to pay the full price for my meal. I asked why and the guy replied because Miso soup was free.It makes no sense to me. He didn’t thank us and didn’t say goodbye. Very disappointing

Great food! I had udon noodle soup and sushi the other night when it was freezing cold. They are the best sushi I have ever had in Australia. The staff and boss were nice and friendly.

The staff is so rude and arrogant! Food is average, not good and not bad. But the customer service is really the worst among all local restaurants.Look at how many people have experienced their bad customers service, before you really walk in and spend your money there.
