The ladies here are wonderful! My veins can be a little difficult to find, but they always find them first go! I'm super anxious with needles but the team here make me feel so comfortable & safe.

$145 for a COVID test for travel and they can't send a text with the results?? It's literally the one job today, take the swab and send a text. The results didn't come through until I called TWICE to have them release the text. Lucky I made the call and didn't wait.

They chase you for fees that you have already paid. Impossible to call them & they are very unhelpful to discuss THEIR mistakes. Won't use them again - ever. QLD pathology is much much better.

Excellent, fast and friendly

My 3yr old niece had her first bloods done today and because she was brave they gave her a colour book but they lost her bloods before the end of the day and she has to do them again for a second time in less than a week

While the staff were excellent. I was supposed to be sent a bill in which I never received. Cheers for going to a collection agency without contacting me

Absolutely obsessed with the girls here! I went in for a blood test & half way through it one of the pathologists said ‘wow your arm stopped bleeding,’ which sent me into absolute chaos mode. But she was cool, hope her not brain tumour is going okay :)

This is the best SN in town. They are always quick, and the ladies on the front desk are always so friendly.

7/3/2022 Highly not impressed to hear from my father the way he was spoken to and treated first thing this morning by the lady who was on. To hear all she did was whinge and complain and to not even use manners is beyond me and first thing in the morning, yes I understand it’s busy and I sympathise to some degree. Upon looking at the reviews and comments from other people I understand why now it will be the last time my father will ever come to to place and I’ll be letting others know to go somewhere else. I know you probably won’t care and we are just another number but take a look at yourselves and who you employee maybe some retraining is in order or a course on being a decent human being.
