Drive through. Burger was nice. No napkins. Really. When eating on the run.... This is my local go too. I can't believe they are able to operate to the standard they do. We never do the drive through. In house generally. Orders always need checking before walking off. The product is always good. But the end result. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHECK MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME. SORT IT OUT.

When it opened it was really fresh and crispy. But now it is over cooked in the dirty oil. The color is soo dark.. As soon as i bite the win i threw few pcs bcz the chicken were black.

I don’t think I’ve gotten a good meal from there yet. The food always seems old and half inedible. I keep thinking because it’s a brand new store it should be excellent, but i end up throwing half my meal away because it’s so gross. Today for example, the chips were really old and the bottom half of the bun was so stale it was hard. I tried microwaving my meal for a few seconds to liven it up but that was not successful either. I will stick to Inala kfc in future.

The store is a good location. Long waiting times can occur. Also, frozen drink machines sometimes can not produce Pepsi or Coke due to malfunction and also out of frozen drinks. The inside of the store is way too small. So the store is more suited to take away.

Got in line drive through @ 7:20 finally ordered by 7:45 got to the window by 8pm lady was rude told us to move up didn’t give us our drink went to the second window was then told there was a 8min more wait in chicken we asked for our drink the lady at the second window the nice one wasn’t aware we weren’t told about the wait or didn’t get our drink she apologised then we heard the other girl saying we just drive off which was. Lie then we had to wait out the front until 8:20 pm for our food. Was ridiculous

Not very happy. We arrived at exactly 9:01pm. And KFC doesn’t close until 10pm. Funny that they don’t have ANY chickens at all. And all they have is chips and nuggets. And a lady told me they already stop cooking. I felt like its VERY early to stop cooking chicken and many people were leaving the place disappointed. That’s actually not good for business. So if we arrived an hour before the closing so around what time they stop cooking? First time I encountered ths problem. Just sad. (30.12.22)

I had a order for delivery though the app. My family and I normally get the Inala KFC, we thought we’d give it a try. We got the order, had very small gravy’s and colsaw. Had no chicken just chips. No nuggets as we ordered it. We called then and they were very rude people. Definitely not coming back again !!

Went through drive through last night with my friend. They said they were out of chicken and only had a select amount of drinks. We were the only car in the drive through and there was no customers in the restaurant. We pulled to the last window to get our food and waited 15 minutes while the staff were mucking around in the back. After 15 minutes a girl comes to the window and asks what we ordered, my friend handed her the receipt and she comes back 5 minutes later with our food telling us she tried telling the other staff to make our order but they didn't want to. Our food was cold and disgusting and my friend was missing her chips she had ordered. By far the worst kfc I have been to.

It started out being a great KFC but the service and quality is now on par with Inala which is dreadful as well. Long wait times in drive through, staff too busy mucking around with each other to offer decent timely service. I can't remember the last time we were there and it looked like fresh oil was used they also still seem to be having supply issues (or poor ordering management) as more often than not they are out of stock of quite a few menu items. Take the drive to the Mt Ommaney KFC, it's worth it.

Staff need a lot of training and better management. Today was not a busy day in terms of the store or drivethrough, waiting 20 minutes for a tiny slider- no apologies on the delay as if this is a normal wait time. I'm not sure what is going on with this store but I'm not surprised the reviews are so low. Food was stone cold once I finally received it. Poor timing and poor quality. Staff were friendly and didnt seem rude, likely quality/time issues flowing down the line from management not doing an adequate job and/or inadequate performance reviews to improve the system and meet bare minimum quality and time-related standards
