Couldn’ remember password of my card. But I got an access to my online banking. I can transfer it so I asked bank details. The receptionist Ali was do rude telling they need the payment right now not by EFT. I paid with another card but so not happy with their service. 30min filling cost 318$. Manager Bronni also not able to manage the floor

The Riken Dental Group has provided me with first class dental repairs/work for over 20 years. From simple fillings to crowns and the occasional clean and scale, Richard, Meagan, the hygienists always get the job done in a professional and courteous manner with a wee chat on the side. Very friendly reception staff also. Happy to fit you in at short notice in case of an emergency. Couldn't be more pleased with their outstanding service! Thank you guys!

I had my first visit there and i felt really taken care of. They clearly do a full initial assessment with no out of pocket cost which was amazing. Dr Meagan Huebl talked me through everything she was going to do and what I needed to get done and why (but NOT in a patronising or judgemental way). Fantastic customer service and now will be my dentist for as long as I live in Adelaide!

I have always had excellent service and been provided with great technical expertise. I was a walk in patient this morning with half a tooth missing and 20 minutes later all was fixed. Riken are without doubt the best practice I have ever known
