They seem great whilst you are wanting to make a purchase but once you need to return your purchase they do not want to assist. It got to the point where I had to find my own way to rectify the situation and get the product I was after .I was told by Maddie the retail assistant that they would be able to refund my money once I had filled out the details using their online portal system but then once I had left the store and handed over the purchase she called and said that they have a no cash back refund policy only store credit and to email Tom regarding this but Iam still yet to receive a response.

They offered a refund and after I accepted they haven't communicated back or refunded after over 14 days. I am considering contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to consider my options under Australian consumer laws. I hope the Genx Workwear contacts as son as possible to fix this situation.This rating may change if the company communicates and addresses their actions.

What an amazing customer experience. I needed to get my hands on a particular type of N95 mask for my client. I called Gen X on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Adina. She went out of her way to connect me with Tom. Tom met me at the warehouse on Saturday morning to give me the masks. This level of customer service and attention, in my experience, is rare. Because Gen X went above and beyond for me, I was able to go above and beyond for my client. Thanks so much and I will be a lifelong customer. X Crystal (Fit Test Victoria)

I have bought items from here 2 times, first time I waited over 6 weeks for my package which I can deal with. They also gave a $20 gift code.This last time however has been painful. The incorrect item was supplied so I contacted them for an exchange, they organised the pickup and paid for it(what made it 2 star not 1). However that item has been confirmed to be delivered back to them on the 22nd of june, I waited a week with no confirmation of the correct item being dispatched so I contacted with email on the 29th of june with no response to this day so I have sent another email today. While I did ask for the correct item to be sent I figured they may have accidentally refunded instead, this is not the case either. They still have my money while I have no item or promise of delivery.Update: I after this review I was contacted by GenX and my order was sent. I have my correct order as of today. While everything has worked out the 3 stars is to reflect the time and effort it to to resolve the issues.

My experience is the same as the other customers. Non delivery of RATs ordered on 4 January. No reply to email. My post on their website regarding the issue, written in a factual and non aggressive manner, along with a few others customers in the same boat, was taken down. I then requested a refund and so far there's been no response.31 Jan - email arrived to advise my order has been processed and awaiting pick up by Auspost.

I have not had a good experience with this business. I understand external delays are impacting the delivery of rapid antigen tests, but given the delays are so massive it shocks me that they are still taking MORE pre-orders, rather than listing this item as being out of stock and working through their backlog. They also need to be more responsive to refund requests (and in regards to their communication in general) in light of the delays - I imagine like many other people, I've have had to source these items elsewhere with COVID-19 cases being what they are. If you're looking to receive rapid antigen tests quickly, I suggest looking elsewhere and saving yourself the headache. I can't speak to my experience in ordering other products from their website, this applies to the rapid antigen product only.

Sarah from GenX Workwear was terrific! Placed my order on a Thursday night and first thing Friday morning I got a courtesy call from Sarah to inform me that my order has been shipped! Super fast and prompt service! They truly go the extra mile to keep customers happy! If only all businesses were the same everyone would be happy! Thanks again Sarah!

Really bad company to buy from - Brought a jacket that did not suit my needs so had to return it at the cost of $45 in return postage at my own expense (Witch was fine It was my choice to send it back) but I Was not given the option to a refund on the Jacket at a cost of ($163.00) after specking to someone over the Phone. Was told I had to have a store credit so I was unable to even recoup some of the money back from the Jacket. When I went to use the store Credit I still had to pay for postage for the Other Items I Brought at a cost of $20 even tho there web site states free postage for orders over $100 ? in which I spent. I did not really wont these items anyway but as I did not have the option to a refund I was forced to buy again from there store, I was not happy about this as the customer service was so Poor I did not wont to spend any more money with them ). Postage is very slow with limited tracking even tho you pay for Shipping buy Courier. There is better places to buy work wear online. Stay clear of this company. If you wont really good work-wear and Great customer serviceThe other stuff that Genx Safety shipped out to me as I had to buy other stuff from them as I could not get a refund was the worst work wear i have ever brought. It was a waste of money buying from this company.Buy from BAD work-wear direct from there web site, great quality Products.
