Hi to all i came into the disability industry mid 2021 and was lucky enough to get a start with Get Going who believed in me and I believed in them to not only to get things going but to help and get there participants going as well.The team behind get going are amazing from the teams they have build to manages and the director with passion for the industry that is second to none.I highly recommend get going not only to new participants but to new support workers as it's a great place to learn grow and get things going.To me it's a career with many of golden moments and that not only comes from the participants it's also comes from a great team of people behind the scenes who bring it all together.And I thank them all for for believing in me and giving me a go...Thank you Nik,Jackie and all the great people I work with and participants I help everyday to reach their goals.

Have been working with the company just a few months and am very happy! The hours suit me and I love the community access activities!
