My wife and I went to the shop front on a weekday during opening hours (not during lockdown) and the shop said it was open, but the door was locked and there was a “be back in 5 minutes” sign on the door... So, we went for a walk, and 20 minutes later came back, but the sign was still there and now there are also a few half frozen customers mingling around outside looking in the window. I didn’t think too much of it, we had some other things to do around town so we left. When we came back later the sign was still there and the door was still locked. But, looking through the front window you can clearly see a guy working in the shop. Thinking that they didn't realise they'd left the door closed, I gave the shop a call. After letting it ring out for a while the guy eventually picks up the phone, but doesn't say hello, just sighs and says “yes?”. Straight away, from the tone of his voice, I could tell he didn’t want to talk. So, tentatively, I ask him if the shop was open, and told him there were customers outside. He just sighs, and then after a long pause, says “yes, that's right”. Hmm, ok, so the shop was open, so why was the door locked? So, I asked him, “do you know the front door is closed and customers can't enter? Again

Fantastic service and excellent framing. I have had 50 pieces of artwork framed by Andrew and his team, if not more, including water colours, oils, photographs, older delicate pieces as well as new pieces and I've also had several old, faded photos beautifully, digitally enhanced prior to framing. The reason I keep going back to Accent Framing, again and again, is because they are so good. Lauren has a great eye and has helped to narrow down some options, as well as coming up with suggestions I wouldn't necessarily have thought of. Floating frames, box frames - we've done it all and not once have I been disappointed. On the contrary, the quality of the framing is exceptional, as has been the service I've received, and every time I go to collect finished works I'm over the moon with the finished product. In addition to all of this, the gallery features beautiful pieces of art for sale, and it's conveniently situated right next door to one of Ballarat's best eateries. Popped in this weekend and picked up some beautiful art supplies. Best place in Ballarat for high quality artist brands. The displays were drool worthy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ll back for sure!

I took in graduation certificate for a new mat to be cut with an existing frame on an early afternoon. A relatively simple (and quick) job, so I though. When I asked when it should be ready, I was told it should be today or else tomorrow". After waiting till the next day around 3pm and not hearing anything back I called them only to be told that the person doing the job "had to go to Melbourne urgently" and that it wouldn't be ready till later. So I waited till the next day and dropped in-store around 3pm again

Today I attended this business to seek picture framing of 11 pictures.Adter stating that I had a medical exemption for not wearing a mask, the owner demande to see my medical exemption and was asking what my exemption was for.Uninformed and overreach!I'll never attend the store again!
