This place had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Clinton Sigmund was my local repair hero and he was so quick to respond to my query. He came out that day when I was at work and really took the time to get to know me and my needs. I was quoted and there were no hidden fees. The price was very reasonable and he took very good care with my iphone and my needs. I could not highly recommend this place enough, especially Clinton. Very impressed with the service. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends and family about it. 100% for customer service.

This is an excellent service. I booked and had my IPad repaired in less than 24 hours. No need to hit up those shops that keep your device for the day. The booking system was seamless. Brad was great. iPad is fabulous. Honestly will always use this service for any broken screens in the future. What an absolutely great idea!!

I can't get over how convenient and cost-effective this service was! I had been dealing with a broken LCD for months because Apple wanted $340 and several hours, in-store to fix it and it was just sitting in the too hard basket... This morning the screen started playing up even worse, of course, right in time for the long weekend... so I did some googling and found fix2U. I put in a request online and someone called me back within the hour, then within another hour a tech was at my house. Took him about 15 minutes to replace the screen out in his van and I barely even had to step away from my desk except to answer the door. Hunny, who did my repair was also really lovely. Just a really good, straightforward service, a much better price than I was expecting and not a blip in my day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brad (the service man) came to my workplace to fix my phone. My phone wasn’t charging so he fixed the charging port and changed the battery. It didn’t take very long. He knew what he was doing. First time I have used this service and I would certainly use this service again. Good communication and efficient service. Knew the cost up front (although the battery was extra but not a lot more). This was a win win situation for me as I didn’t have time to get to the shop to get it fixed. Extremely happy.

Sensational service! I hate shopping centres so googled other options when my son smashed his phone screen yet again and within half an hour of ringing Fix2u Brad was at my house, fixed the phone in 10 minutes and charged less than the usual shopping centre mini shops charge! Absolutely stoked with this service!

Started well with a very quick response to my enquiry, then regular updates whilst the part was ordered/delivered and then completion of the job at my home, within the time specified and at a time convenient to me. Price was $30 less than the next best offer I received for the job.
