Mainmark Ground Engineering - Queensland

Hi, I have a high set house in Beenleigh QLD. I engaged Mainmark Ground Engineering to come out and see if they can help to firm up and lift corner of the house and provide a quote. I was a bit unsure whether to accept quote and go ahead with work, but the area manager Brett was great he said we will be able to close gap as he was a experienced installer of the product used. He knows his job and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the work, I am very pleased with the results thanks Brett and Mainmark Ground Engineering team. Sorry no photos of crack before.

I am a retired Builder who held a Q.B.C.C. Low Rise Builder's Licence and a Q.B.C.C. Completed Residential Building Inspector's Licence, until an accident forced me to retire prematurely. In the past I have recommended Mainmark Ground Engineering to a few people I have known who had subsidence problems. Last month (i.e. January 2023) I had to organize this process as a favour, and was on site to see first hand this time Mainmark in operation. From the first point of contact in booking an inspection, through having the inspection and quotation done, organizing the booking of the work, organizing having the pipework mapped out, the team arriving to do the chemical injections and all the follow up afterwards in relation to supplying final reports, no matter who was involved in each process along the way their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none. Every member of their staff was extremely courteous and did their jobs extremely well. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that needs this kind of work performed on their most valuable asset, and have already done so to someone else with these same sort of problems. This process is incredibly fast and clean with little inconvenience to the homeowner, and has a long warranty period on the work.

I have found this company to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with I have had to ask for details on many occasions. Communication extremely bad never return calls I am most disappointed in the work completed. I now have tiles lifting and cracking after paying $10,000 I have more issues to deal with. I do not know how this company still had their doors open and would not recommend them to anybody... stay away from them.I am forced to take this matter further and will be contacting Current Affair to suss them out

Great team as well as great services they provide, if its sunk, cracked and not level, wether its buildings,roads, or near on anything made from concrete, these guys will bring it back to where it belongs

I have tried many solutions to my soil problem, then I came across an ad. forthis product which is inserted into the ground to stabilise the soil , it's from Mainmark Engineering Qld. All my contacts were helpful & prompt.

We lost our entire house due to Ureteks blunder. It ended up having to be demolished!They over pumped the house slab by 29mm! My lounge was sloping 29mm and my bedroom walls were leaning by up to 29mm making it look like a funny house at the show! This was all documented by engineers for a tribunal as Uretek did not want to comment or help me in rectifying it in any way as they could not reverse it. They did not want to know me when I contacted them about it. No help at all! On top of it all the engineers report said that Uretek did not seal the 40 holes causing a wicking effect drawing up water/moisture into our rooms drawing in termites under the carpet and back to the walls. This made the entire structure unstable and we had to demolish the house and the 3 man tribunal we presented the evidence to agreed and made my Insurer pay damages and to rebuild. We went through so much stress as a family and constant moving and rebuilding. What a disaster Uretek! You cannot treat people like this and stay in business.

Simply hopeless. In Qld make sure the quote is over $3300, then you can at least get the QBCC involved if they do a job as badly as the one I saw.

Would highly recommend the service from Mainmark. They were professional and did the job as expected. The guys that attended our house were respectful and courteous, we even baked chocolate fudge for them. I would highly recommend their services.
