Had someone come out to look at some issues and provide some quotes. Quotes were not provided after a couple of weeks. I contacted them to chase up every week over a month and every time was told I would get the quotes by the end of the week. They never provided the quotes and eventually I stopped bothering to chase them up.

I have use Craig Southey plumbing for years. They have always been professional and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.When my hot water tank broke and leaked all over my yard. They came around and replaced it quite quickly, all in the same day.

The whole team have been great to deal with, and I cannot speak highly enough of the admin staff who have gone to great lengths to meet my expectations, booking my job with very little notice, providing job reports in time to meet my needs, and always offering to do more if they can.

Made contact with Southey Plumbing and they were to send through quotes.Tried to contact them on numerous occasions (via email and phone) over the period of 3 months or more regarding this quote and was promised it would be sent throughI did share that I acknowledged it was quite a big job and if they couldn't perform the tasks required that I could absolutely understand that, but again was promised a quote, and again I have not recieved this.

Sam and Craig were absolute legends in the timeliness and quality of service they provided. They resolved a plumbing emergency at very short notice first thing on a Saturday morning and showed great commitment to getting the job done. They were friendly and approachable with excellent communication. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the greater Toowoomba area.
