Being of phone book era great to put me on track

I bought a phone at this business last year, with a warranty. The shop changed hands in December and my phone and battery is now faulty. I phoned and the man just laughed because now there is new management and my warranty is null and void. I DO NOT recommend you purchase phones from this store. I now have a faulty phone, less than 6 months in my possession and the shop is not interested in helping unless I pay over $100! I still have my receipts. Poor shonky business practice

Nick is a professional and his work is A+. Our business had front and back glass screens replaced on iPhone's and had fitted amour cases and screen protectors for Samsung.Quick turn around, very competitive pricing, quality products and quality workmanship.I encourage local business and local customers to support Mobile Plus in Helensvale Plaza. Went in store to check out both new and reconditioned phones after seeing listings via FB Marketplace. Was buying as a gift for a friend who’s old phone started badly playing up and causing grief.Took me a little while to decide on which Oppo model to gift and what price I was willing to spend as I personally use Apple iPhones so didn’t feel as confident buying a different brand that is cheaper for someone else but staff were really helpful and made the process much easier for me.I initially walked in with a lower budget in mind but increased my budget to be able to gift a higher quality phone and brand new after consultation with staff.Another customer in store at the same time bought the last stock of the Oppo model I ended up deciding on so staff called other stores to check stock for me.One of the staff of the other stores offered to bring it the next day as he was coming to the Helensvale store. Next day I came in and the gent (Nudda?) who bought the stock to the store was working and great to deal with.Really happy with the purchase which was new in box and sealed and at a fantastic price compared with other stores. I would recommend these guys and I will return in the future when needed.

Best experience, great service, friendly staff, very much helpful, great variety of phones, I urge you all to support this local business. I am definitely going back for my next phone and I hope, so would be you!
