Snowy Region Visitor Centre
This is such a good information centre. Very big and therefore has so much to offer inside.There are walls full of plenty of information brochures, as well as a very wide range of souvenirs as well as little gadgets etc.Staff here are more than willing to help you out with anything you may need.The models of the mountains near the entrance are really quite amazing and very well done.Plenty of information regarding the history and the significance of Snowy River which is defiantly another interesting part.Overall it was a great experience and will hopefully return again!

Snowy Region Visitor Centre
Arrived here with 5 minutes till closing time. Ladies very helpful with PLB hire (Free hire) and trip intentions form. If travelling up to Mount Kosciuszko and need advice or snow reports, this is your place. You can grab your National Park Pass here. Good car park size. However, if you're after a souvenir skip this place and head to the main shopping block in Jindabyne and will find a few better shops.

Snowy Region Visitor Centre
A unique and interesting visitors information centre with plenty of parking. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help you to explore the Snowy Mountains area.You can obtain your Mount Kosciuszko daily or yearly park pass at the centre, so you can explore the area.The Snow Mountains weather can change dramatically in a few moments so be prepared for extremely hot or cold temperatures during your visit.The area is increadably beautiful in every season, so enjoy your visit and leave no trace.

Very informative museum / visitor centre on Snowy Hydro and the work to build the Hydro Scheme, the videos are worth a watch, has a cafe and toilets too, just before you enter Cooma

Informative and efficient staff. Well stocked with some nice souvenirs …I bought Jindabyne t-shirt. If you have time, there is cinema on offer, exhibition of local fauna and flora and maps of the area.

Friendly and helpful staff.A lot of information.A lot of dedication and commitment from them.Easy access to the premise.Woollies is just next door, many shops nearby too.There is kid’s corner for children too so that we could go around and gather whatever information needed

The souvenirs shop has a great range of quality gifts, and the building itself is beautiful inside and out.I was pleasantly surprised to learn the centre remains open during (most) public holidays.

Snowy Region Visitor Centre
Large and comphensive visitor centre. Has more than just your usual brochures on accomodation and things to see but has the history of the area, a video room with a 15-minute video of the history of the region and some exhibitions. Very interesting and educational.

Small place with info on the surrounding areas. It's got a cafe that serves food and drinks. A cinema in the back. No free wifi.

Snowy Region Visitor Centre
The staff were friendly and answered my queries regarding accommodation and activities in the region. The cafe next door was clean and the Chicken burger was delicious. There was also a small gallery depicting the history of the region and an art exhibition of local art and photography which I found intersesting and a high quality exhibition.
