Cant beat their fast and reliable service, they are and absolute pleasure to deal with. Great team!

Flooded my home and as soon as they realised they can pass on the liability to the insurance company, they just went away and left me to deal with the clean up and mess myself. Very terrible service and false promises. Would definitely not trust this company, even the employee they used seemed quite young and unlicensed. When the accident occurred the manager took blame for the accident even though his young employee did the faulty installation. You moved the furniture out of my home but refused to help me move it back in. I had to pay Uber for my friends to come to my place to help me move all the stuff back in which took half a day. Also you guys booked the hotel room for 1 night which was then cancelled and I had to pay the other 3 nights out of my pocket as a uni student who is earning low income and struggling with finances. How can you guys cancel my accomodation when you cause this mess, despite lying to me saying that you will pay for all my accomodation and misgivings? You guys ignored all my calls and requests for help after and told me to deal with this myself even though the mess was directly caused by your installation and negligence in monitoring the quality of your products. You guys even tried to force me to pay the carpet cleaner out of my pocket when you hired him. Luckily, I realised this was wrong after I sought for legal aid. How you guys intend to shift the blame and redirect responsibilities is shameless and I have never seen any business that are as underhanded and deceptive in their practices. Please heed my advice and do not run the risk of having your house flooded by trusting this company. Usually I would not bother to leave a negative review but the way the situation was handled was poor and left me feeling a great amount of injustice.

MV technicians have been servicing our Billi unit for three years. Always arrived on time and did a great/clean job. Very surprised to get a weekend reply to my most recent service request. Can't get better than that.Michael
