Keith went out of his way to chase up a visor screw for my Bell helmet.He annoyed the Bell rep & had them send him a couple of the screws which he then shipped onto me free of charge.I didn’t even purchase the helmet from there so a big thanks for the great customer service

Got a 2000 KX80 engine rebuild done here 2 years ago, Chris was very helpful throughout the time of the engine rebuild, gave me grate advice while deciding what I was going to do before the rebuild, got the rebuild done and it still runs like a dream to this day, very happy with my bike and the customer service, highly recommended!

This shop and the staff/owners have always done the right thing by me and Ruby. She is my pride and joy and they have looked after her so very well. I get great advice as I like to work on my own bike and they have no problem sharing the advice and helping anyway they can. Highly recommend this business. Unlike other motorcycle shops in Bundaberg, it doesn't matter that she is a Triumph, they are not discriminatory in any way.
