Lighting Illusions Kawana

Me and the hubbie went to lighting illusions to find a new chandelier for our dining room and our entrance to our villa. We wanted something to match our eccentric modern Tasmanian eco decor and were amazingly surprised with what was on offer. We went to beacon two doors down and couldnt find what we wanted, but we were met with a young smiling handsome man at lighting illusions who met all of our needs, I think his name was Jordan.He was lovely and kind and very handsome and treated us like royalty and met all of our needs. Was a great experience and will be back if we need any more lights for out eccentric modern Tasmanian eco decor house (:

Johan, at Kawana, has been an incredible help to us whilst building our home.He has taken time to explain things, give some very helpful advice and opinions when asked. These guys really know what they are talking about and are not afraid to offer a cheaper option. They take their job seriously and want only the best outcome for the client.They are not just out to make money!We have ordered lights, fans and LED’s from them and will do so again in the next house.Their prices are great, service excellent and I highly recommend them.Thanks Lighting Illusions, we’ll be back.

We recently needed to get a bathroom exhaust fan and had no idea of the best option for our situation. Johan Kritzinger at Kawana was so very helpful and friendly. He gave us great advice without being at all pushy or trying to steer us to a particular brand (unlike staff at other stores we had visited). Lighting Illusions had a range of exhaust fans operational so we could see how they worked and Johan patiently demonstrated each one and helped us to understand the operation of each and so to decide which would best suit us. We are completely happy with the product we bought - it does exactly what we needed and wanted - and the price was better than we had seen at other stores too.Thank you Johan! When we are next needing lights, fans etc we will definitely be coming to see you again.

We ordered fans and downlights. We were given an ETA, and our order arrived on lime. The service was amazing with the young lady serving us researching further information for us. She was pleasant, prompt and professional. Well done.We will definately buy from the Kawana store again.

Great store with knowledgeable staff, but I’m very sorry to hear Monty is no longer allowed in the store. Such a shame - he’s a proper mascot for the store, known to all the regulars. I always tried to visit on Monty Mondays!

Love this store, brilliant stock, and love the staff who are so friendly and go above and beyond to help. I was ALMOST out the front door with my purchase last week, when something else lovely caught my eye and I just had to have it. Five stars for stock and professionalism.

I had the pleasure today of speaking to Steaphanie re ordering a couple of ceiling fans to add to the three we purchased last year. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and was even able to give us a little bit more of a discount which of cause is always appreciated.
