I visited this beautiful Lush store on the 13/4 during late night shopping desperately searching for something to help my dad who is going through cancer treatment to get something to help relieve the pain he was experiencing in his feet and also something to help with them being so dry caused by chemo.Well I just wanted to mention how amazing and knowledgeable Alisha was. Her customer service was IMPECCABLE and she was very thoughtful, kind and helpful!! Thank you so much Alisha it was greatly appreciated and I will definitely be back xx

Staff here are second to none, just real people with good personalities having fun.The products I've never used myself but have always made as good gifts, ones you can generally give to people who get reactions from your mainstream brands products as the ingredients in most of it are natural.Also big thumbs up to the no animal testing and use of paper bags for the majority of the selection.Also smells nice in there, not overwhelming like other stores which have heavily scented products not covered in plastic.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I went in to spend a voucher that I've had sitting around for a while (as I'm not a repetitive lush user) but i was reminded of how good their products are. I grabbed a cleanser, face mask, lip balm, shower wash and body moisturiser and I love all of them and will likely repurchase them all once I've finished

We had a fantastic experience at Lush Garden City tonight with Hannah and Hayden who were working there. Absolutely wonderful humans.An awesome atmosphere and all the help we needed.Lush is always an oasis for us and the company's inclusivity policies are followed through in the stores with great staff who always make my kids and I feel comfortable and happy- excited to be there.It is obvious from the atmosphere and everyone's demeanour and energy that it is a good place to work and that is really important to us too.

Absolutely the best store to buy anything beauty related. I personally love the Dirty Hair Cream which I have used almost every day for 3 years now.The staff are always super happy to help you find things and also allow you to test new products.Nothing beats lush products and customer service

Always had such an incredible experience at this branch. The staff are fun and welcoming, everyone is so polite and helpful. Had especially lovely experiences with Kiri and Leah, would recommend this Lush very highly.
