Very disappointed by the customer service displayed after accessing business for my mothers 50th birthday. No empathy shown when their instructions resulted in half the guest leaving prior to lunch being served. Thanks for refunding the cost of spit rental, however laughing at my sister inlaw and I when we were leaving the shop this morning displayed poor form.

Very disappointed, my family and I ordered a spit for my mothers 50th. The gas bottle supplied by the butchers ran out within an hour!After following the directions given by the butchers the meat was not cooking properly, people had to leave before the meat was cooked properly. The meat had to end up been put in the oven to cook so people ( children included )could eat.Then to find out that my sister in law and sister were laughed at by the staff this morning after approaching the butchers about the poor service received is absolutely disgusting, I highly do not recommend this business!!

$360 on a spit for a 50th birthday and was dropped off with a gas bottle that lasted less then an hr. 8 hours later and the meat still wasn’t cooked, despite being told it would take 4 hrs, then changed their mind to 2.5hrs. Half the people ended up having to leave before the meat was cooked which resulted in a lot going to waste once we finished cooking it in the oven ourselves. Was laughed at by the staff after coming in and being given $90 back for the spit itself and told it was our fault for it being in the wind. Where it was placed there was no wind. All in all very disappointed not only with the fail of the spit but the attitude of the 2 staff members finding this amusing. Looking out the shop window and laughing at me in my car is extremely unprofessional. Josh and the other worker have zero customer service.

The butchers is great. The store next door called not just kebabs has only just opened with no menu, no variety and a very slow very rude old man who waved a pile of meat in mine and my family's face saying that if we leave this is what we are missing. Well we all left and I must say it was the best decision we ever made and I do not miss a thing. 4 stars to the butchers for putting up with a horrible man next door.

Trent was brilliant with his customer service! He tailored the lamb spit to the requirement for our party, and worked around the logistics to get the delivery & pick up sorted.Quality food and service like that being customer focused. You cant go wrong!

Having just moved to Termeil from bondi junction i was on the hunt for the best places to food shop, stoping in here was a good move the Sausage are some of the best i have tasted in a long time and filet steak on special at A$19 kg means my wallet was as happy as my stomach.
