I've been a regular customer for over a decade, and I always appreciated the expertise of Michael the pharmacist, and the lovely assistants. The last 5 months having Scripts dispensed has been a continual frustrating experience. The more recently employed dark haired female pharmacist has messed up my Scripts multiple times. I've had to wait literally days for Scripts to be dispensed. There's always a long queue of orders sitting on the bench. I've had issues with repeats going missing, and important scripts disappearing. I feel for the staff members who are having to deal with the fallout. After many years of faithful patronage, I've decided to go elsewhere.

My five stars goes to staff member Maureen who was very helpful today assisting me with makeup. Excellent customer service!Pharmacy is always neat and tidy and well stocked.

Rude and arrogant pharmacist, other staff are pleasant enough. look at the last 12 months of reviews and make of it what you will.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Tanya is great. Unfortunately same can’t be said for the Pharmacist who is rude. I’m not sure if it’s because she is overworked. On Christmas Eve needed assistance with antibiotics as part of their pilot programme, however, was told she was too busy and couldn’t help. On Thursday, spent longer waiting for scripts to be filled than I did in consultation with GP.

Rude staff, 30 min delay on scripts but didn't warn me of a delay when they took script. Cost $4 more than chemist warehouse. Terrible service. Will never come here again

Beauty room, Helen did my daughter's makeup for formal today and made my daughter feel so confident and beautiful. Thank you for helping make her day even brighter. Highly recommend.

Too many bad experiences, I'll be going elsewhere. Told a 1 hour prescription wait time ended up 1 hour 20 minutes. Failed to hand back prescription paperwork. Dispensed a cream instead of an ointment as per script, which Dr eventually picked up on. I had been going there for many years without problems, but not any more, something has changed.

This Pharmacy is unique. It has a 'Back to Past' service system. You may get served one day if your lucky. Pack your lunch.

On three seperate occasions I have had a negative experience here. The first of which, I was provided an expired vaccination which was not detected until I got to my appointment at the doctor. The second occasion involved unfriendly staff and a 25 minute wait time, despite mentioning I had an appointment to go to and required the prescription to be filled for that appointment. The third occasion was today, I arrived at 3:20pm to have a script filled and mentioned I was happy to wait but had an appointment with the doctor at 3:40pm. It was not busy, there were maybe three people ahead of me and I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I understand and respect it takes time to fill and process the dispensing of a script however it got to 3:38pm and I realised I would be late for my appointment if my script wasn’t ready soon. I went up to the desk and mentioned I had to go and so they asked the pharmacist how far away my order would be. I was then greeted by an angry pharmacist who shoved my order at me and said “here, I expressed it for you!” she then proceeded to look me up and down and condescendingly said, “I hope you know it’s $84” … I knew that, as I had been prescribed this vaccine in the past. I didn’t appreciate the judgement I received, I may be young but that doesn’t mean I cannot afford a vaccination required for my future employment. The pharmacist on duty was the short older lady with dark hair and olive complexion, working on 16/11/22 in the afternoon. Aside from the negatives, I would like to praise the two staff members who served me for their beautiful customer service and being accomodating and understanding, I know one was Lilli from her name badge and the other girl working seemed new, as she was wearing non branded work attire and had brown hair.
