I was lucky to go in and see Pat about a new XLT Ranger just after someone had cancelled their order at Mornington so I took it and got it after 4 months rather than 7 months delay at the time.The only thing I didn’t like about the sale is when we bought our previous car from Wignall the discount was a discount and on my contract when I checked the figures the discount mentioned was added. Upon questioning I was told it was dealer delivery even though the line above had a lesser amount listed as dealer delivery.I think this practice of writing discount and then adding the amount as a change is fraudulent and should be discontinued forthwith.Pat did keep me informed of vehicle progress and was very willing to tell us what he knew about the vehicle.

I am writing behalf of my dad. I bought my ford mondeo 27/09/2019 and when I bought the car I bought premium extended warranty with premium roadside assistance and when I bought it I clearly asked the sales person Mr Patrick that because I live in Berwick I won’t be able to come to Hastings for service then Mr Patrick advised me I can service in Dandenong Coffey Ford and that will be covered as well. Then I purchased the car and I have been servicing my car in Dandenong Coffey Ford. When I first went there I confirmed the warranty as well and they said it will be covered. On Friday the 24/09/2021 I had water leaking from the cooling system. Then when I called the roadside Assistance they said I am not covered for the roadside assistance and the warranty. So I called Hastings Ford and they said back in December 2019 their company has been sold to a different company and because I serviced In Dandenong Ford I’m not covered for warranty apparently Dandenong Ford is not part of their company. I spoke to Jeff from Hastings Service and he said he can’t help with anything and he advised me to call their manager (James Tally) who works in Mornington Ford which is part of their company. So I called James and told my situation and he is not even prepared to listen to me and he Hanged Up on me. I never experienced a rude and harsh person like him treating the clients in fact that I payed extra $995 for extended warranty and I have Serviced on time according to their advice I serviced at Dandenong Ford and they rejected my warranty and $995 the money I payed for the warranty It’s in the drain. Very unprofessional and it’s like a scam charging peoples money and when a warranty claim comes they don’t want to hear it.

I am so glad to have purchased my vehicle from Jeff Wignall Ford Hastings and I am extremely happy with their after sales service. It was great to be able to buy a vehicle locally and have it serviced in Hastings. Not only was Pat Morey most accommodating during the whole sales process but he continues to assist me when I have had the vehicle back for servicing. Overall a most satisfying experience.

Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff. Pat has been amazing to deal with. Very accomodating with our ever need. They treat you as a friend rather than a customer. We have formed a special friendship and don’t hesitate to call in once a week and have a coffee and a catch up and show off our latest new modifications on the Mustang. Highly recommended and see Pat. You will be looked after.

Great service experienced car issues on the Nullarbor not one dealership in South Australia was interested in looking at the vehicle for at least four to five weeks.Drove into dealership to make appointment for vehicle inspection they put the computer for diagnostics found the problem and fixed it then and there great customer service and care.
