Smart Energy Monitor Install - Don't Bother!Wish I could give zero stars out of five.Installer never showed up, called and emailed company requesting update/rebooking. Had no replies to my emails and phone number provided rings out over and over again. Extremely unprofessional, I understand the product is free for home owners but that doesn't mean your customer service levels become non existent. I won't be wasting any more of my time with this company.

They may be excellent installers and do amazing work, but they *desperately* need to change whoever handles their inquiries. I booked in on the weekend and was informed they could be in on Monday--not enough notice for us to let our workplaces know and I asked if they could give more notice. Not a problem, they said. They called again Tuesday---for a Wednesday booking (!!!!) Because my partner was sick, I asked if we could them on hold then call them back to rebook. Not a problem, they said. I then receive three successive calls--all within an hour of each other (I am almost sure they were all from the same person). At that point, I was frustrated enough to say we didn't want to go ahead with this company. Extremely frustrating experience, and it's a shame, because they genuinely seem to do excellent work, from the other reviews left here.

Very happy with my new fan seal in my bathroom. My bathroom stays much cooler now in the hot summer days, and I know it will not get as cold in winter. Jayson and the team were so professional and polite and punctual. Great friendly service from initial phone calls updates on time. Quick installation. I received follow-up call to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend!!

100% satisfied with the professional service provided by David. Three exhaust fan seals fitted within 15 minutes and the difference in temperature can already be felt.

Very happy with our new shower head! We got it under the Victorian government scheme for free and the experience was great. Everyone I talked to were very professional and nice. I know it doesn’t look legitimate but it is!

Absolutely frustrating. I have been contacted by this company numerous times over the last 6 months. Each time I book the appointment, no one shows up. Then I'm contacted again a few weeks later, where I respond to the mobile number saying 'can you please show up this time'. I've just been contacted again....! Melbourne time 7pm, with the same set of questions from the service operator, and promising to come out tomorrow..... Let's see what happens. Meanwhile - I do not recommend!

We had two exhaust fan vents fitted by Michael. He was very professional and proficient with courtesy and a sense of humour. Took all of around 15-20minutes including the paperwork"and not a mark left anywhere We would very highly recommend."

Only use if you want to be lied to and manipulated. We were wanting to get the government free door seals installed for the winter. I was told by them that they could only do this as an add on to getting a smart energy meter installed so I agreed to have both products. When the installer arrived he said he would do the smart meter and then the door seal. Then he said he 'forgot' to put the seals in his van stating he would come back to install them later. I have since called him and elite smart many times. Mostly no one answers or responds to my messages so a month later nothing has happened. I honestly don't know why the government continues to let these dodgy companies waste taxpayers money.

Mike, the electrician sent by Elite Smart Energy Solutions, dropped by my house this morning exactly on time as per the schedule sent to me last night via SMS text message.Mike did an excellent job of installing 5 fan seals for my toilets and showers and also changed two shower heads to water saving models — all this financed and funded by the Victoria State Government and at zero out-of-pocket cost to me.Very happy with Paul from Elite and Mike the electrician, very polite in all their dealings with me and Mike cleaned up and was very friendly to deal with.Understand there is a lot of skepticism about companies like Elite out there given all the scammers going around but my experience is all positive, would certainly be happy to recommend them!
