Chemist Warehouse Adelaide - Pulteney Street

I've been in this store a couple of times and this store always stresses me out and gives me bad anxiety. I won't be coming back to this location again.The other day I come in store to pick up a click and collect, thinking im only going to be a few minutes as i have an appointment to get too in 20 minutes. When I got to the desk I told the young girl I'm picking up an online order and showed her my email of confirmation. The young girl didn't know what register she was on when I had asked her. While talking to me she puts up the register closed" sign up and starts serving a few other customers at a different desk and then turns to look for my order. She had asked me if I knew what size the bag was

Went to Chemist Warehouse Pulteney Street and looking for a collagen brand, ask this staff name Jennifer and she was nice to recommend a good brand that will fit me!Great customer experience overall ☺️

I always love to shop in this area specially knowing Jenny Villamor. She has a very strong customer service and she is very friendly.. i always drop bu here everytime i go to rundle mall..

Aggressive and rude staff lead by an even more angry and agressive owner/manager.The female pharmacist behind the prescription counter treats everyone as though its 1942 Germany and all customers are treated as crimals.Furthermore rather than following our Federal regulations and compliance she makes up her own rules as she stated to me personally its not Commonwealth regulation but rather individual franchises can make there own rules".Stay clear

Staffing is a hit & miss, some are extremely helpful and some are quite rude and abrupt without customer service in mind. For a smaller store their stock levels are quite good in general and also can order from their other bigger stores to be picked up if need. The security guard that isn’t always present can rude at times.

Staff are rude and racist especially when I asked an Asian face staff to try a few different perfume. She gave me an attitude bc I decided not buy any. Will never come back

Marvellous location,corner of Rundle Mall and Pulteney St! Always visit this outlet when I'm in town as they have some truly amazing array of products as well competitively priced items such as fragrances and accessories! Can't beat them for quality or prices and they stock almost all of their extensive assortment of catalogue lines! Great attentive staff who are on the ball offering speedy service,advice,support,as well as wonderful product knowledge! Keep up the great work open 7days!

Last two times Michaela processed my purchases and she was very nice and helpful. Sure the place is crowded, but it is convenient. Sure it can get crowded because of the narrow aisles, but customers go there due to convenience. Otherwise check out the competition across them, Terry W and it is quieter and not as crowded.
