I have been a patient of Kelly’s for years now. I was first attracted to Kelly as she focuses on the sympathetic nervous system. Kelly literally saved my life as I was constantly in pain and not sleeping well. Treating my overall health she is very different and attentive compared to your “normal” crack and go chiros. I now have my partner coming along with me too. I recommend her to everyone, young and old.Through cracking, massage and stretching she has treated my hip/pelvic pain, period pain, lower back pain, neck/shoulder pain, headaches and stomach pain/discomfort. She helped me discover food allergies that were causing my discomfort and recommended supplements for my overall health.Even after I tore my ACL, Kelly updated my care plan to include adjusting my knee. I also developed tinnitus which Kelly has treated to the point where I no longer experience any symptoms.My partner has had his shoulder injury and carpel tunnel treated with completely improved results.All work was performed after X-rays were taken and a consultation had taken place.

I've been seeing Nick from Natural Health for a couple of months now and after being a bit skeptical before seeing him, I've completely changed my tune. I've been to osteos and physios before without much long-term benefit but after a few sessions and re-allignments with Nick I've been moving and feeling so much better, and my sleep has improved so much too! The best thing I think is that he's actually talked me through everything in a way that makes me understand exactly what he's doing and made me understand the way my body works so much better (not talking gibberish that makes me feel silly). He's gone above and beyond his duties with book recommendations and wellness tips, and is a genuine, top notch bloke who'll brighten your mood as well as help your spine. Definitely recommend him if you have any structural issues, have problems sleeping or just want a check-up.
