Iv reviewed these guys before but they never stop impressing and never let you down. Thier machine is fantastic, the cartridges are great the customer service is above and beyond everything is always on point with these guys. They are the main if not the only buisness I buy my gear from now. If you get stuck with anything help is only a message away and they respond quick!. I'd put money down that you'll never hear anyone who has dealt with Genisynth say they have had a bad experience or don't like their products.

So not only is this a business that truly understands what proper customer service is all about, they sell and provide top quality products too. I got in touch with Mitch about getting a lit for my wife after she had to sell of her gear earlier this year. Not only was he quick to respond, he was amazing to deal with. Mitch was very helpful and even went as far as to make sure he sent it incognito to the house so she could not see any labelling or logos.The build quality on the machine is sublime. It is simplicity and sleek combined in a masterful design. She can not wait to start using it. I cannot recommend this company enough.

This is the machine I primarily use after testing it, very happy with the smoothness and also the hard hitting power it has. The soft shading, packing and lining ability of this machine are impressive!
