It has been a great journey training under the guidance of Angelo. He does bring the energy and an incredible attitude to every session, which is the difference maker. You get to appreciate his dedication in wanting to help by putting his clients at the front of what he does.I am learning how to stretch myself more and more to the point where I am not the only one who have noticed changes but several people around started commenting on the result. Even when I have fall short training by myself, having him as an accountability partner reminds me to want to do better on my own every time. Angelo certainly has taught me how to actually push it to the limit and grow.Person to be with, no questions.

Friendly staff. Homer always helps me with my workouts and is someone you can have a laugh with. Definitely deserves a pay rise :)And great environment, a lot of good people at this gym who help and support you.

I came to this gym just after lockdown because I plateaued at 53kg and during covid I was 61kg-62kg. Rouha is the best trainer I’ve ever had! I’m now down to 52-53kg and got my muscles back. Rouha is very supportive, I can tell she’s passionate about it. Her training sessions help motivate and push me further, now I’m not chicken around the weights section anymore lol. Big thank you to the rest of Guildford team for getting new equipment too

Angelo is an amazing personal trainer that puts effort into understanding his clients' goals and formulating a plan to achieve them. Through his dedication, knowledge and positive energy, he has pushed me to achieve results on my body recomp journey that I would not have achieved on my own.The gym itself is great too, with nice equipment and pleasant customer service.

Really good especially with respect to the Plus Fitness Brand. The best thing is it has two Smith Machines, and besides that plenty of machines, and entirely separate Cardio space.Negatives are that it doesn't have fixed Curl Bars for Bi/Tri workout (only Straight), not decent Shower Area and not a dedicated Parking and it is limited and time bound.
