Great company to work for. Easygoing, friendly rostering staff and I like that management are easily accessible to workers even after hours and always happy to help. In my experience staff really just want what’s best for clients and will work with families and workers to achieve this.

In these troubled times of COVID they are always in regular contact with staff and clients to ensure they are okay and to ask if their PPE is adequate. I work for Carers Network and love my job, though to me it’s not just a job but a calling. We are all passionate about what we do and love getting to know our clients and spend quality time with them. It’s also good to work with the families for the best outcomes not just for the client but them as well. If you’re considering either to use Carers Network for yourself or a loved one or come and work for Carers Network, you know you will be well looked after by dedicated staff and no, I’m not management, I’m actually a carer who is passionate about her work.

Great service from case manager to the rostering staff and the quality carers are absolutely fantastic and so accommodating to any requests no matter how big or small ,I as a full-time minder for mum get an enormous amount of support from all the staff and again have been very lucky with the ladies that have been allocated to mums care both personal and domestic with continuity and regulatory care and service,I have been exposed to other service providers but by far have found carers best suited to our needs and always dealt with respect and courtesy at all times .
