Got a insurance repair job here a few years back, did a fantastic job. During the repair they order a reverse assistance back bumper instead of a standard bumper, so they rang us up and said they can fit the reverse assist back bumper on and connect it up for a small fee which we agreed to, that extra addition has been fantastic. Highly recommend this joint. A+

Where to begin……, by far the worst panel beaters I’ve ever dealt with from professionalism to workmanship. If I could give minus stars that still wouldn’t truly reflect how bad they actually were. I took my car to them in December, was told it’ll be done mid Jan, called to ask when it’ll be done they kept saying next week next week next week with a new and improved excuse, ended up getting my car back on the 15th of February. Once I had gotten it back I had seen a few issues,- Engine light was lit up on the dash- Tyre hadn’t been changed- Bullbar was scratching headlights- Cables weren’t secure and hanging downs- Bonnet protector was missing- Wheel enlightenment wasn’t done- Making a terrible noise when turningCalled them the following day to discuss the problems with the car, they were absolutely no help over the phone, ended up going back to the shop for them to rectify the problems which took them another week and a bit to rectified. Come back to collect my car from them to only have half the problems fixed and to be told that’s all they can do for me. I ended up going somewhere else to fix all the errors made by S and J and now my car is finally back to normal, no thanks to the boys and their limited skills and abilities at S and J.

The insurance company had referred me to this place when I got rear ended but wish I had chosen myself... When I got the car back they had chipped my rear right wheel and punctured my tyre as well as making a small indentation on the rear left passenger door and they kept denying the fact that they've caused it. On top of this, I was going through the dashcam footage of when they had my car and I couldn't believe the things they were saying about me, being incredibly rude and racist. It was uncomfortable to watch the footage when they were talking about me behind my back. Just absolutely disgusting and not acceptable.... I've made a formal complaint to the complaints team of the insurance company and I hope they get what they deserve.

Its hard to find such reliable and friendly service for repairs in Melbourne. I had the pleasure of getting my vehicle repaired at this garage recently in May 2021. I was feeling well looked after once I met the staff who all seemed very knowledgeable on the car and required repairs. They did an amazing job making the whole car look brand new going beyond the required work I was expecting, even repairing my door handle and touching up the paint and rust all over the car not just where I was rear ended. I will definitely be returning again despite being further from me than most garages and recommend trying their services too if you are worried about dodgy services out there. :)I rented from Euro Car just 15 min skate down the road during this time as well and they were also amazing.

I recently took my Holden Barina there to be fixed under insurance, Nick was fantastic he went above and beyond with my car and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend everyone to use them, you won’t be disappointed. Great job fellows.

I had a bad experience when I went to fit fuel flap into my car. I provided my own material and asked them to fit into my car. First they told me it will cost altogether 150 to paint color and fit into the car. They also said it would have been just 30 dollar to fit if they don't have to paint my panel. I asked them just to fit without painting which was 30 dollar. 2 3 minutes later they rejected it saying its risky as it might not fit into my car and they don't have time. What a joke!!! you were happy to do it for 150 dollar on the same day but don't have time for 30 dollar.

Highly recommended. Excellent level of service offered by Alex. We had our Nissan Micra side mirror and Nissan Xtrail rear bumper repaired through S & J. Alex is a true gentleman, went above and beyond. Great and honest customer service.

Very happy with work they did to my van. They are definitely the bench mark when it comes to workmenship and communication. John was very good and kept me updated on the how the work was travelling. Highly recommend these guys. The van has come back in amazing condition. Hat's off to these gentlemen.

Wow. I just picked up my car. It looks like a brand new car(its 2nd hand). Impressed by service and the result. Fast and efficient.
