I was actually quite nervous to have my long hair cut. However, from the moment I walked in Chris was so lovely and put me at ease! She was so kind, easy to talk to and made sure to really understand my hair needs. Her kindness was only parred by her talent, she did an amazing job! I will definitely be visiting her again.

I wasn't going to review badly but seen as this business did not reply to my complaint in a professional manner, I have no choice.I was left shocked and quite frankly traumatised by the awful hair cut I received in February this year.I asked for a trim and was told to consider a shaggy bob. I clearly told the hairdresser that I would be ok with some layers and did not want a fringe and I have been left looking awful with a fringe and a mullet.She did not listen to me and seemed to just do what she wanted to do.I will never return. I am so upset about how my hair looks now.

the hair dresser I had did as little as possible with my hair in 15 minutes and then charged me $80 even though their website says $65. So it's not worth it at all. I will never return to this hairdresser.

The staff were extremly accomodating and understanding for my daughters special needs when I explained our situation. She has alot of difficulty having her hair brushed and sitting in one spot for an extended period. Thankyou for making my daughters experience fun and positive, she is extremly proud she got her hair cut and has not stopped talking about it.

I really like the new apprentice. Intelligent, genuine, didn't call me 'babes' or 'sweets' or 'lovely' (I hate that). She's a real asset to the shop.

I was walking past this morning and noticed 2 people out the back happily chatting. There were no customers in the salon. I waited at the counter trying to get their attention and finally one came out. I asked how much just to have the length cut. She checked her computer and said $74 (or $75?). I let her know that is was too expensive for me and left.Cutting the length is a 5 minute job. Seriously overpriced salon that lacks customer service skills. 17/11/2021

Cathryn is an absolutely so VERY super cool & groovy hairstylist, with an extremely meticulous hand and conscientious attitude. Although I made a visit on April 1st, there was certainly no fooling around! It was a very welcoming and comfortable experience, with great conversation and a friendly environment. I am OBSESSED with my new trim; it’s hard to stay humble with such a rockin’ cut! Cheers Mode! And a special thanks to Cathryn, you’re awesome! B)
