New Life Homes

We finished building with New Life Homes last year and are beyond thrilled with not only our beautiful new home but with the incredible building experience we had, especially considering the more difficult challenges that have come up in recent times, non of which were felt by us, the NLH team handled everything with professionalism and expert care.We started our build journey with another company as we were keen on one of their designs, however after watching my parents and their experience with New Life Homes and having faced a lot of challenges with the company we were dealing with we decided to try and see if Jim and Jason could help us. From the very first moment I felt confident in them, they went above and beyond to design and include everything we were asking for and make it a reality.We had very clear design ideas with a tricky shaped block and a tight budget to boot.However their Architect Jason who is freakishly talented kept working on and bringing us ideas and suggestions and managed to fit everything we were after into his final design. If you’ve got design dreams Jason will bring them to life and if you’re not sure, he has the skills and expertise to guide you so you get a design you love.Their personal communication was incredible, and we never felt rushed or like we were a nuisance. We initially had to stick to a very tight budget so there were a LOT of emails back and fourth with poor Jason first, then Taz getting many many varied quotes as we needed to know what was feasible to include, as we couldn’t afford them all.Whether dealing with Jim, Jason,Taz or Simone, we felt confident in their expert knowledge and guidance and everything ran so seamlessly.We’ve never built before so we were very much over our head and didn’t know what to expect, Taz the Operations Manager, led us through the various stages of the selection processes answering all our questions and nothing was ever too big of an ask, not that he ever let on. Which is always so lovely when making such big decisions.Jim is such a nice down to earth guy and always happy to talk to you about anything you might be unsure of or need help with, he takes great pride in NLH and it shows with the incredible management of the trades, that are all scheduled to come in one after another to get the job done so incredibly efficiently. With such a high standard of detail and quality.It has been an absolute pleasure building with Jim and the team, and already know in the future when we build again we will absolutely go through New Life Homes, no question. We have built houses with many other house companies in the past, but this was our first with New Life Homes.From the very first meeting, we were confident that this was going to be a great (and rare) experience.They listened to every single thought, request and idea that we had for our home throughout the whole process and we were never made to feel like there was a problem.Not only was the build seamless and organised, but the attention to detail was unbelievable, up to the minute we received our keys.We are incredibly happy with every aspect of our home and we could not recommend the team at New Life Homes highly enough.Thank you NLH for making this complicated build a fantastic experience for us and creating a home that is beyond anything we even imagined.

New Life Homes (NLH)....wow these guys are amazing!From our first meeting with Jim, the owner and Jason, the NLH Architect, we were impressed with their professionalism and helpful and easy going manner. Immediately, we had the feeling that we’d be in great hands building our new home with them and they never let us down.It’s quite daunting to build a new home at the age of 78 and 70 but with NLH, it was an exciting and enjoyable experience.We had our handover yesterday....only 3 months and 2 weeks after signing our Contract. Not only was it a quick build but the standard of workmanship is excellent.Jason, the architect, took no time to put our dreams into plans and pointed out positive and negative aspects to our various wishes. We changed our mind a few times but nothing was a bother and there was always an immediate response.After the Contract was signed, Taz, the Operations Manager, led us through the various stages of the selection processes.As an ex project Manager, Erhard knows how difficult it is to line up all the tradies In a timely manner. Jim, was exceptional and obviously his great relationship with all the tradies paid off as they turned up on time on the day they were supposed to. Hence, there was no holdup anywhere along the line.We are so thrilled with our new home and our daughter and son-in-law who had planned to build with a project company and were experiencing hold up after hold up have now switched to NLH and are building with them.It has been a real pleasure to build with Jim and NLH. We have just finished building with New Life Homes in Mulgoa Sanctuary and are thrilled with how our architectural home has turned out - it has definitely exceeded our expectations! From the inception through to handover, New Life Homes have delivered an amazing experience. We received expert guidance along the way, from sitting down with the architect to work out the design to working closely with the kitchen and colour consultants to create our amazing kitchen and bathrooms.Jim's attention to detail and the pride he takes in his workmanship is second to none, particularly with our detailed build. Working with a smaller builder had so many advantages; we were very much involved in the whole process and were able to make changes as we went along.We are so very proud of our new home and can't express how much we have appreciated the efforts of everyone on the NLH team, from Jim to Jason, Taz, Simone and all of the wonderful trades! We built with Jim and his team and were very happy with the overall outcome. This is the 2nd time we built, and I can tell you this is much better experience vs the previous 'Big Building Company' we went with for our first build. With any build we knew there would be stressful times, but Jim and his team were very patient and accommodating. We really appreciated being able to choose our own finishes that suited our budget. After stumbling across their Ute advertisement and calling Jim and introducing our family requirements and talking about what we were looking for, to dealing with Jason on home design, the interior design team and Taz with invoices and other fine details.I cannot fault the team at all. Any issues, questions or concerns we had during the build process all of the team were informative, reliable and with great high quality options and delivery of the final product was second to none. Since building a few of our friends have also decided to use NLH as our end result speaks for itself!
