Come again todayI recently took my Golden Retriever and two Corgis to 7 Pets and I was thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that all of our furry friends were well taken care of. The facilities were clean and spacious, and my dogs had a great time playing and socializing with the other pets. I was especially pleased with how attentive the staff was to my dogs love their grooming skill! One word- perfect!Thank you

1 star is even overrated for this shop. Booked 2hrs full grooming but it takes more than 4hrs to finish?! And I have to keep ringing the shop. From the last call the staff told me still need another hour but call me to pick up my dog 10mins after the call?!Don’t know what’s happening in the shop. HOWEVER, the most upsetting thing is my dog seems depressed and acts so differently after the grooming!!!!Not recommend to anyone and will never go back again! This is just beyond terrible!!!

Thank you for the awesome grooming! My cats get excellent experience in here. Their hair were very fluffy when he came back. I recommend every pet owner to send their pets to this studio!

Both my dog and I love here. We've been here for grooming for a year. The shop is cozy, the staff are very friendly and well-skilled. They give my corgi a cute corgi butt every time. BTW the accessories sold here are unique. I've never seen the same style otherwhere. It's a good place for pets. Highly recommend!

My dog loves here so much! Not only do he come home clean but super happy. After coming here for almost a year, I wouldn't think of going elsewhere! They take the best care of all their customers and have great attention to detail. Only had positive experiences thus far and would recommend to anyone who wants their puppies well cared for!

My dog is 11 months cavoodle and she's so friendly to people. We live in a pets friendly apartment and all the neighbors around love her.She has had three full grooming sessions so far, in 2 different places before (we have moved hence the different places). Never had any issues and we were complimented on how good she was. My dog had a treatment Monday. The grooming standard was fine. My issue relates to communication. 2 hour grooming turned into a 4 hour wait. Had this been communicated, I would have made alternate arrangements. Since returning home, my dog has been unsettled. She didn't eat for 3 days, crying, whimpering and acting strangely. Thankfully she is back to herself today. My partner wrote a review and was attacked back by the business. Previous reviews also relate to dogs being upset and also blaming the dog for biting which is a clear deflection of any accountability. This has happened when my partner left a review. The response from the owners was heartbreaking which is why we are leaving a second review.Reading the reviews, it is clear that feedback isn't well received. Instead attacking and false accusations of dog biting seem to be the response form the business. Feedback is meant to help you improve. Had a phone call and an honest time frame for dog grooming be provided, thus wouldn’t have been an issue. At no time was any feedback provided on the day regarding our dogs apparent behaviour, instead the response provided was that they were short staffed and that was the cause of the delay. Far different response to my partners review and publicly advising of dog biting to deflect any accountability. I will await an attacking response.

I was not happy with the experience personally because my dog was not groomed as I requested. But what’s more upsetting is my dog is traumatised and acts weird since he got groomed. Shivering and shows anxiety refused to eat etc. I will not go back or recommend to others.

My dog smell so good. Love this studio, recommend this studio for your dog's grooming . Save time and well service.
