MCS Security

Rude employer , who never care about their employee. Never thinking about good customer service or train staff properly , it is all about money. No one should work for them unless you just want to make money but working in horrible workplace. Just another rubbish Security company in Perth.

These guys are doing the security at PCH, on a recent visit to 4A was chatting with Abdaul (sorry if missspelt) with 14yo non verbal Cerebral palsy child in a wheelchair, he was so down to earth, Fletch loved him and it was so refreshing that he took a bit of time from his day to chat with us, which is more than most people, In a job with long hours and probably more daily grief than anyone really wants he was a refreshing face :)

If you want to retain customers, DON'T USE this security company!!! I got harassed today for trying to walk to & use an ATM to get money out to buy medicine for my heart condition. The security guard was an African looking guy, I asked him what his name was & at 1st it sounded like he said Abraham & when I tried confirming his name to lodge a complaint, he refuse to tell me his name. They're paid to do a job, not harass women or paying customers!

I have just had the best service and care I could possibly hope for from Simranjit Singh (Sam) at Kelmscott Stargate Shopping Centre when I lost my handbag. I was very distressed as it contained my phone and wallet. Sam helped me with asking for security vision etc. He spoke with all the stores then walked the entire shopping centre perimeter to see if it had been left outside. With all avenues exhausted I was at my car to go home to use the home phone when he tracked me down and told me that he had been asking all the staff individually and was told that someone had found it and taken it to the police department. He used his phone to contact them so that I could establish which office to attend. He was marvellous and MCS are so lucky to have him working for them.

Very professional company with friendly staff

One of the blonde chubby Security guard just let go a group of regular SHOPLIFTERS because he said Yes I know them personally". They don't care about shop owners and don't even care about employees getting assaulted by thieves. (they were caught in the act stealing)Poor response time and doesn't cooperate with the Police. Pretty useless."

Extremely Rude staff, specially Mark and Rhinon.Firstly they told me they have job and then said we don’t when I reach there. It was 1.5 hours drive from my home and I took day off from my job. And their behaviour was extremely Rude.Won’t recommend MCS to anyone ever.

DisgracefulSecurity Guards are rude and condescending. Complete disrespect and no knowledge of the actual laws which they are meant to know about.The owner, if thats who I spoke to is no better. Dismissing truth and the law when he was present with it, completely shutting me down.This company are meant to be keeping people and places safe but dont know their head from their ar*e.

These guys handle the security at Cockburn Gate shopping centre, under trying conditions. They are always pleasant and diligent. Greg stands out amongst all the guards as a proud symbol of authority, yet an iron fist wrapped in a velvet glove. He’s a true gentleman.
