My partner wanted to get a hair colour. She had photos and it was indicated that it will be done. The result was nowhere near the desired colour. She was charged $220 and told to rebook a week later if after washing and she wasn't happy, it would be redone for free. After a wash it became very patchy and clearly needed the reapplication to at least make it look acceptable even though it was the wrong colour. After this second appointment, she was charged another $150. Her hair is now very dull and nothing like it was meant to be. They cut hair well but are deceptive when it comes to colouring hair, look elsewhere.

I used this business for almost 2 years, mainly for eyebrow wax and tint, gel nails and haircuts. I received orange eye brows on three occasions and I am scarred from the waxing under my eyebrows. I reported this to the salon and no apologies. The burns under my eyebrows were so bad I couldn’t put make up on and it would sting in the shower. It took almost two weeks for the wounds to heal. My gel nails would completely come off and although Keira did fix a couple of toes on one occasion I was annoyed because then the other nails would just fall off. Pretty embarrassing when you have a formal event to go to and you have nails missing off of a couple of toes. Then there is the hair. Maddy couldn’t even cut my hair evenly. I generally part my hair on the side but hairdressers always part in the middle to get an even cut but not Maddy she is happy to leave it all uneven. She did try to fix it but the cut was terrible. So if you’re keen for waxing scars, orange eyebrows, missing gels nails and an uneven haircut then Peppers is the place for you!

Could not recommend another person more. Had my filler done by Nurse Caitlin out of the beauty room at this salon today. Not only is she professional, she is kind, courteous and explained everything in full before even starting the procedure.Her expertise is second to none and the results are better then I could have ever expected. I felt so accommodated and welcomed. Thank you so much you amazing lady!!

Nurse Caitlin who works out of the salon is amazing, she’s such a lovely person and made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous to have filler for the first time. I couldn’t recommend her more, she is professional and very knowledgeable and explains everything in depth.I am absolutely obsessed with the results of my lip filler and would highly recommend Caitlin to anyone interested in getting filler.

The nurse Caitlin that’s works from here is terrible. Do not waste your time!!
