I needed someone to repair a couple of roller blinds asap. Jack answered the phone, took details and worked out a time within a couple of days to make the repair happen. His communication was excellent and very reasonably priced. Thanks Jack, you made things very easy.

Dealt with Jack from interstate recently and I couldn't praise him more.Communication was prompt, open and very easy to deal with. He always makes sure to keep me updated on how he is going, his next plans, and when we get closer to the date, ensures to give me heads up as well.He provided suggestions as well based on his experience whereas others i spoke to pretty much told me 'i will quote you whatever you want' and left it at that.Jack's pricing is very competitive as well but i couldn't ask for more when this is coupled with great customer service.Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

My father's front blind broke. I arranged a time with Jack and then another lockdown was announced. Jack called me and went out of his way to install a new blind the day before lockdown. I tried to get a quote from two other companies and had to wait weeks just for the quote. Jack was recommended to me so I gave him a call. He was out to measure and quote within a couple of days and the blinds were in ten days later. Great service, price and quality.

Jack was great from the beginning- he came to quote us and gave us different ideas and options, he was then very patient while we had our house painted(with delays) and he has done a wonderful job installing them. So happy, they look great!

He made really helpful, useful and logical suggestions on what he thought would suit my needs, without the “hard sell”. Jack was also very punctual and reliable and got things done when he said he would and sees the job right through, as he does the install himself. I ordered new venetians and roller blinds and they look amazing and have transformed my home. I was so pleased with Jack’s initial work, that I got him to come back and replace the venetians and curtains in other areas of my house.
