I had an excellent experience using Her Wardrobe! This was my first time hiring a dress for a special occasion so I had no idea what to expect. From the moment I walked in the door of their store I was greeted cheerfully and professionally by a lady who explained everything I needed to know. I had been to a couple of other dress hire places beforehand and was barely even acknowledged (understandably they were busy with Spring Carnival but still). The dresses I tried on at Her Wardrobe were all immaculate, also unlike other places where the dresses looked like they had been worn 100 times. My dress arrived on the day it was promised and in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Her Wardrobe again! Thanks ladies!

After searching for a number of weeks for a Melbourne Cup Day dress, I decided to look at hiring a dress (which I had never done before).I found the perfect Cup Day dress at Her Wardrobe, however it wasn't available in my size the day i visited the store. The staff member told me to pop back into the store a couple of days later when my size becomes available.2 days later I emailed the store to ensure the dress (in my size) had arrived back in stock. Her Wardrobe replied, confirming the dress available. I arrived at the store 2.5 hours later, only to be told that the dress had been booked by someone else for Cup Day 13min prior to me arriving at the store.I was extremely disappointed with the service. It would have fantastic if the dress was put on hold for a couple of hours for me so I could try it on, especially considering Her Wardrobe knew that I was coming in to try on the dress!Luckily I found the same dress in my size available at another dress hire store in Sydney.

I first started hiring from Her Wardrobe back in 2014 for a wedding, and I have used Her ever since! I have hired dresses for business dinners, weddings and race days. Alex and her team are delightful to deal with, always very helpful, especially with styling the full outfit. The process is seem-less and I love being able to access dresses that I could never afford to buy and only wear once! Highly recommend!!

HerWardrobe is by far the best rental dress company in Australia. The dresses are extremely high quality and they’re always stocking the latest trends. The customer service by Alex and the team is amazing! They’re honest and patient and help you come up with a style that is perfect for your body shape and occasion. They even kept my toddler occupied with toys to keep her busy whilst I tried on numerous dresses. Whether it’s a dress I need for a last minute occasion, my changing baby body shape or just wanting to flaunt a designer dress without the full price tag, they have you covered.

I emailed her wardrobe the day before i needed a dress for a wedding i was attending. I sent pictures of the dresses that i liked, and when i arrived at the shop after work all dresses where waiting for me to try on. Within an hour, i had a perfect dress. The staff and service was lovely. The process to return the dress was super easy. I got so many complements on the day about my dress. I wore a dress that was expensive, that i would never pay full price for, for a fraction of the price. and felt a million dollars. I will definitely return and wont buy a dress again. Alex has always been so amazing to deal with, I've hired dresses through Her Wardrobe multiple times for a range of different events. The dress quality, service provided, and customer service have always been incredible!! Will continue getting my stunning evening frocks from here, cant recommend highly enough!

Her Wardrobe are the best dress rental service I have ever used by far! They always have the perfect dress for every occasion. I always find exactly what I am looking for at Her Wardrobe. The girls are very intuitive and know their stock. They have a huge range of styles and sizes and their awesome service means I never have to go anywhere else. I often drop into the store but when I've ordered online, the dress always arrives on time or a day or two earlier! They are totally reliable and often go beyond the call.
