Its tidy shop just like all the other chemist warehouse.Staff were friendly and was quick with my prescription.

Absolutely money hungry organisation.I get my medication dispensed weekly (but paid for the whole 28 day supply upfront) and wasn't told that each time I came to pick it up the next 7 day supply, there would be a $2 charge which doesn't happen at any other pharmacy I've been to. I would not have dispensed the medication at this pharmacy if I had known this and now they're refusing to let me pick up the rest of my medication from a different pharmacy.It was their fault that they didn't mention this the first time I dispensed the medication and now theyre refusing to do anything about it. Their solution is to see my doctor again and get a new prescription in which I have to pay for a NEW 28 day supply. as if accessing doctors is easy/cheap nowadays. No compassion or resolutions on their end.AVOID THIS. PHARMACY.

I'm a regular customer of this pharmacy. I came today at around 8 pm to certify three documents. The pharmacist (I do not know her name) refused to do that saying that this pharmacy certifies papers in the morning only. I told her I'm a customer of this pharmacy. She did not pay attention to what I was saying and she started arguing with me. She was very rude and disrespectful. She did not have manners. After that, I went to the reception desk and asked for the manager. The lady at the reception desk said that the pharmacist is the manager. I asked the lady if there is another manager that I can talk to and she said that there is a lady called Mary that comes in the morning. So if Mary is reading my comment, I would like to let you know that neither my parents nor I will visit your pharmacy again. I will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. That pharmacist needs to learn how to talk and be respectful to customers. If this pharmacy respects its customers, then someone needs to contact me to apologize for that unprofessional behaviour.To those reading my comment, the pharmacy at Sydenham Medical Centre is awesome. The pharmacist is a very very respectful guy. The one at Caroline Springs Shopping Centre is good too.

Very slow service. Pharmacist chated for over 20 minutes, and all she had to dispense was my script, but was too busy having a good chat with colleagues. Also, the lady at the counter hates being there and it makes the experience worse.

Waited for 50 minutes for prescription,too much chatting, quick to see doctor thesedays ,not goingthere again, terrible. Worst place

Not as helpful as the Burnside chemist warehouse up the road. Absolutely no compassion, refuses to certify an important document needed urgently, says they don't certify docs on a public holiday and to come back tomorrow, even though they were empty. Went to Burnside up the road who certified document in 2 minutes, can see why they people prefer the Burnside one.

The regular staff are great but the pharmacists are so slow and just chat to each other the whole time. Took more than 30min just to get a script ready

I went to buy something to help my partner with her sore throat and she was pregnant, asked the pharmacist and she recommended Polaramine. Went home to realise my partner already had bought that recently.When I came back and asked the front, they said to go back to the pharmacist area. I went to the back and she didn't know what to do and asked the same pharmacist that recommended the tablets. I told her that I didn't even open the package yet.Then she yelled at me in front of customers saying they can't refund it as its their rule (even though mine wasn't even a prescription). I spoke calmy yet when she yelled and I could see other customers look uncomfortably as they heard everything.Despicable and humiliating for the customers - you're staff are poorly trained. I don't often write reviews but this experience has left me a sour taste in my mouth thinking of CW.Would never recommend this place. You'll get way better service at the pharmacist in CS square.
