Rubin is excellent in his practice. He explains the details of why you need to do the exercises and I began to improve after the first set of exercises. He shows you the exercise first, then you do it and he gives you a list to follow specific to your needs, not like some others who give you a generic sheet that somewhat attends to your issues. Couldn’t speak more highly of him.

Didn't tell us where the appointment was, had to look it up myself. Didn't mention there was 2 places so we went to the wrong place. No sympathy from staff. Maybe they need better receptionists.

Cannot fault the service and care I received, both from reception staff and my fantastic physio, Jasmine. I have been very pleased with both the results we've achieved and my on-going exercise plan.
