Building a new home can be stressful enough, so it was important to my wife and I we found a builder who took a personal approach to the whole process. After meeting with the team at Avoca we immediately new we'd found a builder we could trust. It was so refreshing to meet the CEO Tony and we found it amazing that he personally oversaw everything and was happy to help us through every detail of the process.

I am coming here to write about my experience with Evoca homes,after multiple attempts to get a response about our custom plan quotation that we sent before a month to Micheal @ Evoca Homes. If you have no capacity to take on any new business , be open about it , tell us that you can't build. Why can't you have basic respect for the customer who is willing to spend 1000's of dollars ? No value for the customer. I wouldn't even give single star if there is an option.Well, I know QLD builders are flooded with the projects. However that isn't an excuse for not being responsive for a month!!

Building with Evoca Homes has been a pleasant experience. The Customer Service, and quality of work has been short from amazing. Thank you for the house that has been custom built with the help of Michael, Tony, Jeremy and Charlie from the Evoca Team.

I can’t talk highly enough of Tony Bray, my foreman Jeremy along with Charlie in the office. This company is very honest and has good solid old school values. They will immediately will let you know if something has been delayed for whatever reason and don’t try to hide anything and I love my new home!! I moved things around in my home changing the plans and Tony made it work for me. Thank you so much team for my lovely home.

Currently in the process of building a new home with Evoca, after leaving a different building company that was terrible, and the experience so far has been fantastic. The home consultants/architects are very friendly and amazing at what they do. Tanya was able to draw my my new home better than I envisioned and was very accomodating to the small and finer details that needed changing towards the end. Would highly recommend either Tanya or Michael if you are looking for fantastic service and are wanting to build a home.

My partner and I are building our first home and we have been dealing with Evoca for almost a year. We had shopped around after speaking with the architect thinking it would be too expensive building with a custom builder. After being very unsatisfied with other builders, we went back to Evoca and had a consultation with Michael who designed our perfect home within our budget. We had multiple meetings and he devoted a lot of time and effort to our design and we are very grateful. The inclusions Evoca provided were unbeatable. The customer service and care, also unbeatable. Evoca always keeps us in the loop and are very responsive. We would highly recommend Evoca to anyone building, especially first home owners. Great value for your money!
