I first went to this veterinary clinic after I’d taken my cat three times to another practice. I discovered my cat had been misdiagnosed and she was in the process of passing away. As devastating as it was I could not have ended up in a better place. Every single encounter with a staff member, from my first contact by phone, all the way through was so kind and full of empathy. The vet was beautiful and so gentle with my little cat as well as myself. There is a beautiful energy in this place and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will never take my animalsanywhere else ever again. There was also no pressure to spend more money on a container for the ashes but I wanted to and this is one of the beautiful urns I had to choose from. Such a special service and place staffed by the kindest people.

We recently had Indie, our 5 year old Staffy in for Cruciate Ligament surgery and the vet was amazing, the staff where so caring and Christine's after Care and help has been exceptional. Thank you. horrible experience here, misdiagnosed my beautiful dog countless times. she is no longer with us. unreliable and unprofessional. in it for the money and do not want to help people, it’s devastating.

I visit Lower Plenty frequently with a hoard of rescue cats and dogs and the team here are amazing. Stephanie on reception is a breath of fresh air and the vet team are so thorough and helpful. Truly a practice that care deeply for all animals :)

I am a registered breeder of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and have been taking my dogs to see Avinder at Lower Plenty Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years now! Avinder is an amazing vet, who offers a vast array of services from homeopathic to acupuncture as well as conventional medicine too. He is now introducing services for breeders at a great price too. Brilliant surgeon who has operated on my dog who has a grade 4 heart murmur, with great success and ease. The clinic is beautiful, the staff are friendly and very helpful and Avinder is Amazing

I'm very thankful I found this veterinary, great with animals, staff friendly, clean facilities. Price for treatment was a lot less than everywhere else.

Bring new to the area, I went to this vet based off reviews and recommendations and because I knew they also supported a natural approach. We saw Jane who I was told was a recently new vet to the clinic, and we had a great experience with her. She was very friendly, attentive, confident in her diagnosis and careful with our little old senior girl. Definitely happy to go back again.
