We loved our baby massage course with Allysha!So much fun and a great way to connect with other Mums. By the third class I remembered so much more. Allysha is welcoming, friendly, calm and very knowledgeable in the different techniques she teaches.

I had a fantastic massage from Allysha at Limber Therapies a few weeks ago. Allysha was professional, flexible (as I squeezed in my appointment within an hour before arriving) and very friendly. She made me feel comfortable, the room was calming with quiet music and the glow of a salt lamp, and I immediately felt relaxed. I highly recommend Allysha at Limber Therapies and I cannot wait for my next appointment.

The best massage I have ever had! That’s why I come and see Allysha every fortnight. I have never had consistent massages before because I never really saw the value in them. I only went when I was bought a voucher or if I was in pain. I clearly had never had a good massage before. I get exactly what I need every time, sometimes more relaxation focused, other times I have niggles to work on or a mixture of both. She is worth her weight in gold.
